Location
The event takes place in University Square (opposite of Limassol Town Hall). The start/finish line is located in that square and is the same fixed point from where you start, deliver the baton to the next person and end all runners.
Parking
University parking places will be open and free (Athinon and N.Xiouta corner, Kitiou Kyprianou and Socratous corner). Free for the public are also the municipal parking places (click here for a map). We suggest the parking area at Molos and the one behind Anexartisias str. (old Esel). Roads of the race course and the vicinity of the University Square will be closed to traffic to from 8:30 to 11:00
Timing Chips and Race Numbers
ΗRace packs (including timing chips and race numbers) must be collected from the Registration Office which will be located at Cyprus University of Technology Student Services Office on Friday 10 May and Saturday 11 May from 10.00 – 14:00 as well as Sunday 12 May from 07:30 – 08:30.
Medical insurance
By registering for the race, participating runners declare and undertake that they are fit and healthy and that no other medical conditions exist to prohibit their participation in the run, since they are aware of the fact that the organizers and/or their representatives have no responsibility towards them with regard to any kind of harm and/or injury caused to them as a result of participating in the race, and that they shall not have and hereby waive any claim, suit and/or demand towards the organizers of the race or their representatives with regard to and connected with harm and/or injury caused if caused. Medical support will be provided to participating runners. Medical services will be provided along the course as well as at the start and finish of the Race.
Storage of personal belongings
There will be a point for safe storage of personal belongings.
Kids Fan and other Amenities
In the University square, during the race, there will be an open exhibition of sport and healthy products. On site there will be a playground for kids (sport games, photo booth, paintings), a barbecue (souvlaki) while supporting companies would treat beverages and other products.
